An investigation that began with the deaths of five workers in a Wisconsin grain mill explosion has led to an indictment against the employer, Didion Milling Inc., for criminal OSHA violations and for obstructing an inspection.

In addition to the worker safety related charges, Sun Prairie, Wis.-based Didion was indicted for criminal violations of the Clean Air Act and wire fraud for lying when applying for a Food Safety System Certification from a third-party auditor.
