Infants Update Create-A-Sim (CAS) Guide
The Sims 4 now has Infants – a fun and cute life stage between Newborns and Toddlers. The purpose of Infants is to give players more exciting gameplay with babies compared to the now Newborns who are essentially objects confined to their bassinets. Before the Infant update, babies could not be customized and only had a few interactions. Infants, on the other hand, are lively and love to explore the world around them. There are also many ways to edit their appearance and personalities.
Players can either age up a Newborn into an Infant or make one immediately in Create-A-Sim (CAS). Like the other young life stages, Infants can be added to any household with an adult. The update includes new hairs, body marks, clothes, and traits, so this guide covers all the CAS options for Infants in The Sims 4.

Regarding appearance, players can customize every single feature of their Infant, including face, teeth, hair, and body. A newer and more inclusive addition is birthmarks on the face and body. Additionally, cute hairstyles for Infants cover a wide range of types, including wispy, thin, curly, or long. Lastly, there are new teeth that can fit every stage of teething.
