Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Kashmir Files’ was recently banned in Singapore. Now, Vivek has opened up about the ban and said that Singapore does not have freedom of speech, adding that films which deal with LGBTQ issues too do not get released in the country. As an example, Vivek said, ‘I heard that the Hindi film ‘Badhai Do’ too did not release in Singapore. He further added, ‘If you check on IMDB, the largest number of films in the world have been banned in Singapore.’ Vivek also talked about Sashi Tharoor’s tweets and said, ‘Congress leaders Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi all belonged to the Kashmiri Pandit community.
